Nepali Congress 15th General Convention Begins in Kathmandu The 15th General Convention of the Nepali Congress began in Kathmandu on October 4, 2026, under the leadership of party President Gagan Kumar Thapa . The convention is being held from October 4 to October 8. The inauguration ceremony took place at the historic Khula Manch (Tudikhel) in Kathmandu, a venue associated with major democratic rallies in Nepal's political history.
