Nepal has qualified for the 2027 Asia Cup in Bangladesh.

Nepal defeated the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 44 runs in the final of the ACC Men’s Premier Cup 2026 at Bayuemas Oval in Kuala Lumpur. Nepal posted 313/9 in 50 overs, with Aasif Sheikh scoring 102 runs off 106 balls and Gulsan Jha contributing 52 off 38 balls. In reply, UAE were bowled out for 269 in 49.1 overs, despite Rahul Chopra’s century (100 off 105 balls). Karan KC took 3 wickets for 49 runs to help Nepal secure the victory. With this win, Nepal qualified for the 2027 Asia Cup in Bangladesh.
