Virginia Giuffre, the woman who bravely stood at the center of the Jeffrey Epstein sex-trafficking scandal, has died by suicide at the age of 41.

Her family confirmed that she passed away at her farm in Neergabby, Western Australia, where she had been living quietly in recent years.

Giuffre, once a teenage victim of Epstein and his associates, became a global symbol in the fight against sexual abuse and trafficking. Her testimony and courage were instrumental in exposing the crimes of Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and others.

She also filed a high-profile lawsuit against Prince Andrew, which was settled out of court in 2022.

Her family released a heart-wrenching statement saying: "Virginia was a fierce warrior... but the weight of her trauma eventually became too much to bear."

Tributes from survivors and advocates are flooding in, mourning the loss of a woman who gave countless others the strength to speak out.

Virginia Giuffre — a voice for the voiceless — now gone too soon.
